Assess social and emotional factors related to patient’s illness, provide information about community resources available for the patient, assess patient’s psychological needs and communicate the status with the home health personnel and assist in helping the patient reach independence.

PROMED Health Providers, Inc. also provide and covers for (as per Medicare guidelines):

• Medical supplies (routine and non-routine) while the patient is under home health care
• Certain injectable osteoporosis drugs
